Jordan Reed
Instructor
Originally from Walkersville, Maryland, Miss Jordan moved to Madison in 2024. She is currently a student at UW-Madison, where she is attending on a full-tuition scholarship. Growing up, she trained in a variety of dance styles at her local studio including ballet, contemporary, hip hop, tap, and jazz. During that time, she even received the National Senior Miss Dancers Inc. title.
Since moving to Madison, Miss Jordan has continued her dance training at Barrio Dance, primarily focusing on hip hop, contemporary, and jazz. Additionally, she performs with Barrio Dance Factory and was on the 2025 award-winning team that was named the USA World of Dance Champions.
With over six years of teaching experience, Miss Jordan’s biggest source of inspiration are her students. She loves seeing the smiles on their faces when they are dancing and believes it’s more important to have fun while learning than to be perfect. Miss Jordan teaches because she loves watching dancers grow and appreciates knowing that she is a part of their dance journey.
Fun Facts: She was born near Disney World in Florida! One of her jobs has been working at a doggy daycare.
